The 30-, 60- or standard 75-minute hands on acupressure bodywork session includes placement of warm salt stones. Before we begin, I’ll review your completed intake form and chat about what’s going on with you and your body. During the bodywork, I generally remain silent, while playing meditative music, allowing for a more restorative experience. Afterward, we will check in about your experience of the session, and I will offer self-care suggestions to support your continued healing journey.
